No Queens (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates noqueensmaura.com. This policy describes exactly what we collect when you use this site, why we collect it, and how you get rid of us. By submitting the sign-up form you consent to what is described here.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into the sign-up form, plus a small amount of technical information attached to that submission. Specifically:

What you enter: first and last name, email address, mobile number (only if you provide one), town, ZIP code, how many people you are bringing, and how you said you could help.
Which permissions you gave: whether you checked the box for email updates, and whether you checked the box for text messages. These are recorded separately, because they are separate permissions.
Attached to your submission: the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and which page you submitted from. This is kept as the record of your consent — it is how we can demonstrate that you asked to hear from us.

We do not collect payment information. We do not ask for your party registration, and we do not look it up. We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or social-media tracking scripts on this site.

Why we collect it

To tell you when and where the rally is, and to keep you informed about the issues on this site. That is the entire purpose. We do not use your information for anything else.

Text messages

If — and only if — you checked the text-message box, you agreed to receive recurring text messages from No Queens about rally and event updates at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

If you gave us a mobile number but did not check the text box, we record that you did not consent and we do not text you. Giving us your number is not the same as agreeing to be texted, and we treat those as different things.

Email

If you checked the email box, we will email you about the rally and related updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also just reply and tell us to stop.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or exchange it. We do not use it for lead generation or affiliate marketing, and we do not hand it to other campaigns, committees, or organizations.

Your information is stored in our own contact database on a server we control. We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies required for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may stop working if you do.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable measures to protect what you give us. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

Your choices — how to get rid of us

Texts: reply STOP to any message.
Email: use the unsubscribe link, or reply and say so.
Everything: email us and ask to be removed. We will delete your record, not just flag it.

You may also ask us what we hold about you, and we will tell you.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a new version here with a new date at the top.
